Abstract
A typical feature of pseudomigraine with temporary neurologic symptoms and lymphocytic pleocytosis (PMP) is the long duration of aura symptoms. To determine if these prolonged auras cause early ischemic parenchymal changes, we performed diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging during the aura of a patient with PMP and found no reduction of water diffusion.Entities:
