Umbilical metastasis from carcinoma of the stomach. Sister Joseph's nodule.

Abstract

A patient had umbilical metastasis from a carcinoma of the stomach. The umbilical lesion (Sister Joseph's nodule) is a characteristic sign of metastatic tumor, and the diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy. The cutaneous metastasis was associated with visceral metastases.
