Post-burn breast resurfacing using an abdominal full-thickness skin graft.

We describe a case of delayed resurfacing of the right breast using the abdominal skin as a full-thickness graft in a 38-year-old woman who sustained a scald injury in childhood. The postoperative results are shown. Copyright 2002 The British Association of Plastic Surgeons.
