Abstract
The microscopically "invisible dermatoses" comprise a heterogeneous plethora of skin disorders which are characterized by a stunning discrepancy between the classical clinical findings and very discrete histological alterations suggesting "normal skin." Methods and strategies for the correct histopathological diagnosis of seemingly normal skin are discussed.Entities:
