Abstract
IMPLICATIONS: Two previously reported causes of postoperative limb ischemia after use of a tourniquet, compartment syndrome and arterial thromboembolism, require aggressive and invasive management. We report another probable cause that can be managed nonsurgically: vasospasm.Entities:
