Abstract
Starting from known Src SH2 inhibitors incorporating five-membered heterocycles or benzamide scaffolds, we prepared tetrasubstituted imidazole compounds able to interact with the pY, pY+1 and pY+3 binding sites of the Src SH2 protein. The synthesis and biological data are presented.Entities:
