Abstract
Plasma and urine beta-N-acetyl glucosaminidase, beta-glucuronidase and beta-galactosidase were measured in 75 diabetics and 35 control subjects. The plasma enzyme levels were significantly elevated in patients with evidence of vascular complications. There was a negative correlation between plasma enzymes and creatinine clearance.Entities:
