Abstract
The usefulness of tissue harmonic imaging in prenatal diagnosis is illustrated in two fetuses with a cardiac tumor. Tissue harmonic imaging provided more informative images than conventional B-mode imaging, enabling the detection of the site of attachment of the cardiac tumor and estimation of intracardiac blood flow. The advantages of tissue harmonic imaging over conventional B-mode imaging in prenatal diagnosis are discussed.Entities:
