Abstract
Unconventional myosins in the budding yeast play essential roles in diverse cellular functions, including endocytosis, actin organization, and polarized distribution of organelles. Several lines of evidence suggest that novel proteins, interacting with the unconventional myosins, regulate their functions. In this review, we focus on the functions of unconventional myosins from the point of view of myosin-interacting proteins.Entities:
