Abstract
A 68-year-old woman with myasthenia gravis of 47 years duration was treated with ECT for an episode of depression. No complications with anesthesia or the ECT procedure were encountered. The depressive symptoms resolved as expected. The safety of ECT in myasthenia gravis is emphasized.Entities:
