Abstract
Metastatic dissemination of lung carcinoma may involve virtually all organs, however, symptomatic spread to the small bowel is a rare occurrence. Herein, we report a case of duodenal metastatic involvement leading to severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the absence of symptoms referable to the primary tumour.Entities:
