Abstract
We describe the development of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus osteomyelitis of the scaphoid in a 49-year-old man from an infection occurring around a catheter in the radial artery. Total scaphoidectomy and appropriate antibiotic therapy eradicated the infection.Entities:
