An abdominal approach to the repair of post-hysterectomy vaginal inversion.

Abstract

An abdominal operation is described using a Mersilene mesh bridge for the correction of post-hysterectomy vaginal inversion. Four cases are reported in which a satisfactory anatomical and functionally effective repair has been achieved.
