Abstract
Evidence has been presented that fibrin formation may be detected directly in agarose gels containing citrated plasma when they are treated with thrombin or calcium chloride. A new assay is described for haemophilic factor-VIII antibody based on inhibition of fibrin formation within an agarose gel containing normal plasma.Entities:
