Abstract
Granulomatous skin changes following herpes zoster are uncommon and their pathogenesis is unclear. We demonstrated varicella-zoster virus in the granuloma tissue of an immunocompromised patient with postherpetic granulomas and use this finding as basis for discussing the pathogenesis of these lesions.Entities:
