Abstract
Perineal enterocutaneous fistula and hernia are unique complications of radical pelvic exenterative operations. A technique for management of these complications is presented. A vascularized segment of small bowel mesentery is interposed as a peritoneum covered pelvic "lid" to separate the abdominal contents from the pelvic defect.Entities:
