Abstract
Two patients with bilateral obstructive carotid artery disease underwent beating heart coronary bypass including revascularization of the circumflex branch using right-heart bypass in a stable hemodynamic state. Without this mechanical support, lifting the left ventricle for the exposure of the posterior wall could impair the hemodynamic state of the patient. Right-heart bypass in addition to aortic no-touch technique can be a safer option for complete coronary revascularization in patients at high risk for neurological complications.Entities:
