Abstract
Esophageal cancer is the second most common solid intrathoracic malignancy behind lung cancer. Treatment of esophageal cancer is dependent upon the stage of presentation and the options include chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, multimodality therapy, or palliative care. Early detection of this disease is the primary method to decrease its high morbidity and mortality.Entities:
