Abstract
We report a case of adult xanthogranuloma arising on the labia majora of a 48-year-old female. Although histologically similar to juvenile xanthogranuloma, the clinical presentation and natural history are unique. To our knowledge this is the first case described of this rare histiocytic lesion arising in the vulva.Entities:
