Potter syndrome. Nonrenal features induced by oligoamnios.

A G Fantel, T H Shepard.

A fetus with normal kidneys and the nonrenal features of Potter syndrome is presented. The case is made that these features resulted from uterine compression caused by premature rupture of the gestational membranes and subsequent leakage of amniotic fluid.
