Abstract
The authors present two girls with gigantomastia, 14 and 15 years of age. Laboratory examinations demonstrate an increase of estrogen receptors in the glandular tissue. In the immunohistochemical investigations ascertained was a receptor hypersensitivity of estrogen and progesterone receptors. In one of the girls shown was hyperprolactinemia in the metoclopramide test (patient J.K.) In the physical examination hyperlordosis, kyphosis, gigantomastia was observed. Additional in patient K.S.--anorexia and patient J.K.--Sjögren's syndrome.Entities:
