Banding of arteriovenous dialysis fistulas to correct high-output cardiac failure.

Abstract

Three patients with high output cardiac failure from arteriovenous dialysis fistulas are described. All three were treated successfully by banding the appropriate vessel while constantly monitoring flow rates.
