Abstract
A case of primary cardiac leiomyosarcoma is reported. Tumour growth into the right ventricular cavity led to multiple pulmonary metastases with haemorrhage. Failure of diagnostic procedures including cardiac catheterisation, angiography and thoracotomy is noted. The incidence and presentation of primary malignant cardiac tumours is briefly discussed.Entities:
