Abstract
A DC with Nuclepore filter wall has been described. Recovery of in vitro incubated human nucleated peripheral blood cells and in vivo growth of mouse bone marrow cells in intraperitoneally implanted DCs were improved when compared to the growth obtained in the more commonly used Millipore filter chambers.Entities:
