Abstract
Flexor tenosynovitis complicating meningococcal septic polyarthritis may be sterile and could be misdiagnosed as disseminated gonococcal infection. Awareness of clinical findings associated with meningococcal polyarthritis is recommended to prevent onset of fulminant meningococcemia (Waterhouse-Friderichsen syndrome).Entities:
