Abstract
Aggressive fibromatosis is a rare, locally aggressive disease. It constitutes 0.3% of all solid tumors, but the tumor is rarely seen in the breast, particularly without pectoral muscle and fascial involvement. The etiology is unknown, but an association with Gardner's syndrome has been described. Clinical and imaging findings simulate breast carcinoma. A case in a 53-year-old female patient is reported.Entities:
