Abstract
The authors describe a tonsillolith detected by a 70-year-old man with odynophagy and a history of often tonsillar infections. A diagnosis of peritonsillar abscess was first made. The large concrement was yellowish-gray, measured 41 x 21 x 19 mm, which was one of the largest reported case in the world.Entities:
