Abstract
Introduction of 6-hydroxydopamine into the cerebrospinal fluid produces a selective destruction of adrenergic pathways. However, the selectivity of interstitial injections of 6-hydroxydopamine for catecholamine elements is critically dependent upon the dose and volume of injection must be evaluated by biochemical and cytochemical indices.Entities:
