Abstract
We report a rare case of developmental deep venous system anomaly. The great vein of Galen and the straight sinus were absent. Both internal cerebral veins and the basal veins of Rosenthal drained into a large frontal interhemispheric falcine vein, which eventually drained into the superior sagittal sinus.
