Abstract
A case of osteochondral fracture of the triquetrum associated with pisiform subluxation in a 21-year-old woman is described. The fracture was diagnosed by tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. We consider that the fracture resulted from shear force produced by the pisiform subluxation. Excision of the pisiform provided complete relief of pain and a good functional result.Entities:
