Abstract
We present a unique case of metastatic leiomyomatosis to the skeleton. The very extensive involvement of the axial and peripheral skeleton with "ring" lesions and associated cyclical premenstrual pain eventually led to the correct diagnosis and total relief with hormonal therapy.Entities:
