Abstract
The occurrence of prostatic carcinoma after postpuberal castration is rather unique since only one other case has been reported. However, there was no lack of androgens in the patient in this report, because the testicular ablation was compensated by nodular hyperplasia of the adrenal cortex maintaining a normal plasma testosterone.Entities:
