Abstract
Skin is the major tissue where melanocytes develop, and skin keratinocytes provide the necessary micro-environment for melanocyte survival, proliferation, differentiation, and migration. In this paper, we will discuss the ligands for receptor tyrosine kinases produced as environmental cues to support melanocyte development in the skin.Mesh:
