Abstract
Acquired Brown's syndrome is a disorder of ocular mobility characterized by the inability to elevate the affected eye in full adduction owing to inflammatory tenosynovitis of the superior oblique tendon. We describe a child who developed Brown's syndrome as a complication of poststreptococcal reactive arthritis.Entities:
