Triorchidism with normal spermatogenesis: an unusual cause for failure of vasectomy.

Abstract

The wife of a vasectomized man became pregnant by her husband. He was examined and a supernumerary testis with intact vas and with normal histology and normal spermatogenesis were discovered.
