Abstract
Originating from silybin, a phenylchromanone from Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn., a dimer -- disilybin -- was prepared. Disilybin exhibits a phalloidin antagonistic activity at least 10 times that of silybin with regards to a dose of the same weight.Entities:
