Abstract
A case of acute rupture of an abdominal aortic aneurysm in a patient with Behçet's disease is reported. The patient was successfully treated by implantation of an endovascular stent graft. The preinterventional diagnostic procedures and the postinterventional follow-up are described and the benefit and risk vs open surgery is discussed.Entities:
