Abstract
Ovaries from 30 bats were investigated. The left ovary is atrophic in Otomops martiensseni. The histology and ultrastructure of the right ovary are described. The corpus luteum degenerates during early pregnancy. The interstitial gland tissue is well developed.Entities:
