Abstract
We describe a 26-year-old Indian man who presented with chickenpox and subsequently developed pemphigus vulgaris 17 days after initial resolution of lesions. The mechanism of progression from one disease to the other is postulated to be that of epitope spreading or molecular mimicry.Entities:
