Abstract
The natural history, prognostic significance, and optimal therapy of asymptomatic thoracic aorta mural thrombi detected incidentally is not well defined in the literature. We report a case of asymptomatic thoracic aorta mural thrombi in a 42-year-old woman with a history of smoking and steroid use that was conservatively managed with anticoagulation and had a favorable outcome.Entities:
