Abstract
Gangrene involving the male genitalia is extremely rare. It may occur without any predisposing cause. This necrotic process passes through various stages, and is self-limited. No radical surgical procedure is indicated. A case of typical Fournier's gangrene of the scrotum is presented.Entities:
