Abstract
We present a small series of patients with Sheehan's syndrome (postpartum panhypopituitarism) and coronary artery disease. All four had uneventful coronary bypass grafting. We have successfully managed these patients peri-operatively by using intravenous hydrocortisone and oral thyroxin replacement.Entities:
