Abstract
Association of vitiligo and skin cancer has been a subject of controversy. Occurrence of skin cancer in long-lasting vitiligo is rare, and PUVA therapy-associated squamous cell carcinomas are not reported until recent years. We report a case of squamous cell carcinoma and actinic keratosis in long-lasting vitiliginous patches in a patient with generalized vitiligo who did not receive PUVA therapy.Entities:
