Abstract
This report describes an unusual presentation of monoarticular synovial chondromatosis of the knee. In this case, multiple giant chondroid nodules presented as a painless soft tissue mass. There was no calcification but bony erosion was seen on MR scan. Such lesions may mimic a malignant neoplasm and pose a diagnostic problem.Entities:
