Abstract
A case of metastatic carcinoma to the spermatic cord is presented. The previous 12 cases documented in the literature are reveiwed. In the majority of cases the primary tumor occurred in the gastrointestinal tract with metastasis to the spermatic cord by retrograde lymphatic flow.Entities:
