Abstract
A 63-year-old man was referred to our hospital with the chief complaint of penile pain. Four hard tumors existed in his glans. He had priapism and perineal pain thereafter. Close examination revealed that the penile tumors were metastatic cancer from the adenocarcinoma of the ascending colon. Radical operation could not be performed because he was already suffering from peritonitis carcinomatosa. He died about four months after his first visit to our hospital.Entities:
