Abstract
A case of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia was induced through immunosuppression following thoracic duct ligation. The patient initially presented with an esophageal adenocarcinoma, which was totally resected. She is human immunodeficiency virus-negative and not undergoing immunosuppressive treatment.Entities:
