Abstract
Presented is a case in which panendoscopic removal of a sutured retained Penrose drain averted possible major reoperation. The drain had been sutured inadvertently during a pyelolithotomy and had fragmented during a subsequent unsuccessful attempt to advance the drain.Mesh：
