Abstract
The case of a recurrent hemarthrosis initially presenting 30 months after a total knee arthroplasty in a patient on lifelong warfarin is described. Angiography was used to aid in the diagnosis, and therapeutic selective embolization of the superior genicular arteries was performed with satisfactory clinical results.Entities:
