Abstract
1,3,8-Triazabicyclo[4.4.0]decan-2-ones and -thiones varying substituents at positions 3 and 8 have been synthesized. When tested in cotton rats for their antifilarial activity against Litomosoides carinii, some of the compounds showed moderate microfilaricidal activity.Entities:
